WHAT IS SORN?
A Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) means the owner has declared to the DVLA that the vehicle is not being used on public roads. A SORN vehicle does not need to be taxed or have a valid MOT, but it cannot legally be driven or parked on a public road.
